Our Fitness Center offers opportunities throughout the year to compete against other associates and directorates in various intramural and extramural sports tournaments and leagues. Join for fitness, join for networking, join today!

Our Sports Program is open to all DSCC Associates, Military, Families and guests, 18 years and older.  Limit 2 guests per eligible patron.  Teams must be at least 70% eligible patrons.

We typically host the following Intramural & Extramural sports each year.  Sports will vary, depending on staffing, funding and location availability.  Check out our Upcoming Events above for open registrations.

Basketball

Looking for a competitive basketball league? We typically host our annual co-rec basketball league in Winter.   Stop by for one of our open gyms during the off-season.  Keep an eye out for seasonal Tournaments.

Cornhole

It’s not just for the tailgate! Test your bag tossing skills by joining our Winter Cornhole League.  Keep an eye out for seasonal tournaments.

Dodgeball

Reminiscent of your playground days, we bring you our 8 v 8 Co-Ed Dodgeball each Fall.

Flag Football

Get your squad together and hit the grid iron each Fall with our 5 v  5 Men’s or  8 v 8 Co-Rec Flag Football Leagues.

Golf

  • Sunday Summer Stableford...say it three times fast or join in the Sunday golf fun at an affordable price. Play at your own convenience every Sunday for 9 holes, cart and range.  League plays for 12 weeks, June - August.
  • Glow Golf!  Keep the sunglasses in the car.  Test your golf skills after dark with MWR Glow Golf.  Dates/times TBD.

Pickleball

That’s right, Pickleball. Join one of the countries fastest growing sports by signing up for our Spring/Summer League. Or come join fellow Pickleballers for open courts sessions.

Racquetball

Toss on the goggles and test your skills against DSCC’s best for our annual Winter League. Join the fun as an advanced or intermediate player, or partner up for the Doubles League. Seasonal tournaments will keep you competitive year-round.

Softball

Get your bats ready, the League is back!! Get your team together for our Spring/Summer Men’s or Co-Rec Softball League.

 

Table Tennis

P-O-N-G!…Win the serve and join our Table Tennis League as an intermediate or advanced player. Always keep an eye out for seasonal tournaments.

Volleyball

BUMP, SET, SPIKE!!! Join one of our Winter/Spring 6 on 6 Co-Rec Indoor Volleyball Leagues and choose either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday nights.
