Our Fitness Center offers the following sport courts and amenities for your health & enjoyment:
- ACFT2Go: Military units can check out our ACFT2Go ready-to-use equipment packs. Built to help units prepare for the Army Combat Fitness Test, each pack includes a full lane of equipment, including kettlebells, medicine ball, pull sled, hex bar, bumper plates and pull-up & rack cage. Call ahead to reserve.
- Basketball Court: a sign-up roster will be used when ten or more players want to participate. Games will be played to ten points with a 15 minute time limit. The open court rules are posted at the court for player convenience.
- Boxing Room: featuring various punching bags, speed bags, boxing gloves and mats.
- Cardio Theater: enjoy a self-led virtual ride or one of our instructor-led spin classes in an immersive environment, featuring a digital screen, lights and music.
- Fit-X-Press Room: check out our new 30-minute circuit room, perfect for independent workouts anytime! Easy to use equipment, all levels of fitness welcome, increases cardiovascular health, strengthens muscular strength, and improves flexibility. Timed workouts starting every 30 mins.
- Full Service Locker Rooms: the Fitness Center offers daily use lockers as well as long-term use lockers. There is no cost for daily or long-term lockers. For more details, see our Locker Policy.
- Functional Fitness Area: offers a wide variety of equipment to get a total body work out. Equipment includes TRX Suspension Trainer, battling ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, climbing walls, Jacob’s Ladder, rowing machines and tire flip.
- Golf Swing Zone: practice your golf swing day or night, in any weather. Bring your own clubs and balls to practice in a caged area (supplies are also available to borrow from the Fitness Center). Available seasonally, late Spring - early Fall.
- Indoor Track & Cardio Area: we have an abundant mix of cardio machines including stepmills, treadmills, ellipticals and stationary bikes. 11 times around our indoor track equals one mile.
- Racquetball Courts: reservations may be made by phone or in person up to 48 hours in advance. Courts are reserved for one hour on the hour, with a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. During lunch hours (11 a.m.-1 p.m.) all courts are challenge courts and cannot be reserved. No single play is permitted. On Saturdays, court 3 is reserved for challenge play. Courts 1, 2 and 4 may not be reserved.
- Saunas: locker rooms are equipped with saunas for your use as part of your fitness program.
- Tennis Courts: located by the North Yearling Gate, off of Pershing Ave, our lighted Tennis Courts are available for open play 24/7. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Proper footwear is required. No glass, alcoholic beverages, bicycles, skateboards or rollerblades on the courts.
- Volleyball Court: reservations can be made 48 hours in advance for one hour. During volleyball season the courts will not be reserved if league play is scheduled during the evening hours.
- Walleyball Court: walleyball can only be played on racquetball court 2. Reservations can be made 48 hours in advance. Reservations are for two-hour blocks, due to set-up time. The court is automatically reserved for Walleyball play from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Weight Room: our 3,200 square foot, climate-controlled weight room has a combination of free weights and machines that will satisfy both the competitive lifter as well as the general fitness enthusiast. Loaded with a full line of Hammer Strength equipment and Iron Grip dumbbells, your workouts will flow seamlessly with minimal down time. For individuals new to resistance training, our highly qualified staff can demonstrate the proper technique on all of the equipment the weight room has to offer.
