We invite you to stop by the DSCC Exchange Express for snacks, beverages and convenience items (we do not sell fuel). We also special orders; click here to view our catalog. While The Exchange Express welcomes all DoD military members, civilians, contractor and their Families, there are come guidelines for purchasing:
- DSCC civilian employees and contractors are only authorized to purchase consumable food and drink (non-alcoholic) items.
- Active Duty, Reserve and Retired Military personnel ID card holders and their dependent family members have full privileges.
