STEP TWO: START EARNING TICKETS
All activities must be completed at the DSCC-MWR Fitness Center. After completing an activity, visit the MAXFitness station (by the front desk) to fill out your ticket, then present it at the front desk where it will be verified and entered into the drawing. Earn tickets by doing the following:
- Register by Jan 7 (2 tickets)
- OR register in-person after Jan 7 (1 ticket)
- Weigh-In & Weigh-Out (1 ticket each)
- Workout (Mon - Sat, up to 6 tickets/week)
- Attend a Fitness Class (2 tickets/class)
- Bring a Friend to Fitness (Mon - Sat, 1 per day, up to 6 tickets/week)
- Turn in a single-day Food Log (1 ticket per week)
- Log your Cardio miles or minutes (Mon - Sat, up to 6 tickets/week)
- Complete a Darebee Workout (Mon - Sat, up to 3 tickets/week)
- Attend the weekly MAXFitness event (1 ticket/week)
- Participate in a Sports League or Open Play (Mon - Sat, up to 6 tickets/week)
You can print or save a copy of the logbook here, or pick one up at the Fitness Center.
WEEKLY EVENTS (at the DSCC-MWR Fitness Center)
- Week One: MLK Unity Workout, January 9, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Come as you are or bring a friend/partner and work out as a team to arrive at the common goal of getting fit… and winning! We will pair you up, if requested. Crush this workout as a team through friendly challenges and competitions.
- UPDATED Week Three: Treasure Hunt, January 22 - 27 (anytime any day of the week)
Get ready to explore the Fitness Center! Learn more about our facility and how to improve your health! Pick up a questionnaire at the front desk to start your hunt. This event is going on all week, so come anytime. Comfortable clothes and shoes recommended. Please allow 45 minutes to complete your adventure.
- Week Three: Glow Flow Yoga, January 23, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
The coolest yoga class you’ve ever seen! Feel the rave-like vibe with a yoga class glow-up, featuring glow body markers, accessories and black lights. Enjoy this vinyasa party while focusing on clear and safe alignment in foundational poses that unite the breath, mind and body.
- Week Four: Survivor (Outwit, Outplay, Outlast), January 30, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Participate as a team to conquer fun physical and mental challenges. The winning tribe will then compete in an individual challenge to determine the final winner. Who will Outwit, Outplay and Outlast and be crowned the Sole Survivor?
- Week Five: Valentine's Day Partner Workout, February 6, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Come as you are or bring a Valentine (or friend) and work out as a team to arrive at the common goal of getting fit… and winning! We will pair you up, if preferred. Crush this workout as a team through friendly challenges and competitions.
- Week Six: Ninja Warrior Course, February 13, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Get psyched for this super fun workout in which contestants attempt to conquer obstacle courses in various rooms at the DSCC Fitness Center! This is an individual event that will be timed. Cheer on each participant as they attempt the course!
Only partons with a valid CAC, Military ID or SF50 for retired civilians are eligible. Guests and non-eligible patrons are not able to participate.
Patrons must be registered in the MAXFitness Program and drawn tickets must be staff-verified to win. The drawing will be held the week after the program ends.
