You must complete all fields on this page and click the red "submit" button at the bottom.  You will receive an confirmation email from MWR within 3-5 business days with instructions on picking up your DSCC-MWR 1-Year Access Badge.




Register in DBIDS

Visit https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page to obtain your 6-digit DBIDS number.

IMPORTANT:  put in today's date for your "date of visit" start & end date -- this is NOT your actual appointment date. You will receive an email from us after submitting this form with instructions on how to make your Pass & ID appointment for a future date.

Please note:  if you are registering for an Eagle Eye Golf Course 1-Year Access Pass, please use the following "Sponsor" information (all others must use valid Sponsor information):

*Must provide proof of Sponsor's retirement (SF-50, DA3434, DD214).  Instructions will be emailed to your Sponsor to verify.
