Standard Rate: $40/hour (Single) $60/hour (Multiple)

Reduced Rate: $30/hour (Single) $50/hour (Multiple)

Saturday Rate and Schedule
Standard Rate: $40/hour (Single) $60/hour (Multiple)

Premium Packages:

Gold Package: $249

• 10 hours

• May be booked during any available weekday timeslots

Platinum Package: $349

• 16 hours

• May be booked during any available timeslots (including Saturdays)

The purchased hours are single use only but can be used at any available corresponding time within the fiscal year. All remaining hours will be null and void after September 30 each year unless purchased after September 1st of that same year.

RESERVATIONS

• The reservation desk is open Monday-Friday 8:30AM-3:30PM, excluding federal holidays.  Reservation requests are only reviewed and processed during those working hours.  Please note that submitting a request is not a reservation confirmation.  Once a request is submitted MWR has one business day to reply. Payments must be made on the day of confirmation and refunds will not be given. 

• DSCR Virtual Golf reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.   Only DSCR Virtual Golf bookings with confirmed reservations payment vouchers are eligible to use the Virtual Golf Simulator. 

• All reservation requests must be submitted in writing using our DSCR Virtual Golf Reservation Form.  Please do not mail in reservation requests and/or payments.  For all Sunday and Holiday reservation requests must be made at least a week in advance. For these reservations request, please submit in writing using our DSCR Virtual Golf Sunday & Holiday Reservation Request Form.  For all premium membership requests please complete and submit the Premium Membership Request Form.   Please fill out the  DSCR Virtual Golf Liability Waiver form and submit. If there are multiple players, please submit a form per person. To properly complete the form from your computer, click the "Open in desktop app" button at the top before filling out, signing, and saving the PDF.

• To submit your reservation request, use the red “Submit Form” button below.  After you click "Submit Form" you may be prompted to select your preferred email service account provider and to login before the email form will generate.

2. Select Quick Login
3. Scan the QR code in TPS or on the Range screen

• You can also login by entering the 6-digit PIN you see on screen
• Or sign in using your email and password for your Trackman account

4. Watch as your Trackman profile quick appears in the top right corner of the screen, and you're done
5. After your session you will now be able to review your data all in one place within the app under the Activities section
