About MWR

Welcome to HQC Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program

The HQC Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program recognizes the need to invest and develop programs that will increase productivity, enhance retention of a highly qualified workforce, decrease the conflict between work and family responsibilities, develop partnerships, and create teams to ensure mission success. The HQC MWR program provides programs to over 6,000 military and civilian personnel.
