Our weekly group fitness classes are FREE.

The HQC Fitness Center offers an array of classes for all fitness levels. Whether you're looking for Yoga, Barre, Total Body Conditioning, Indoor Cycle or just want to mix it up a bit with Tabata, a high intensity interval class, we have something for every body. Classes are offered in the early morning to get your adrenaline flowing, mid-day to give you a pick-me-up, and evening classes for winding down--we've got you covered.

Take advantage of the FREE sessions to shake up a monotonous workout routine and work different muscle groups.  Working out in a group setting can increase your motivation and keep you on track to meet your health and fitness goals.
