As a fitness professional with over seven years of personal training and nutritional experience, Bakita’s love for health and wellness stems from striving to be the best version of herself, both physically and mentally. Her passion is helping people overcome their reservation and self-doubt to fitness. Bakita believe everyone deserves the right to be the best they can become and enjoy happiness every day!
Bakita has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/ Health Promotion and is certified in CPR, AED, First Aid, Nutrition, and personal training.
