The Red Brick Fitness Center offers group fitness classes as a great way to stay in shape, relieve stress, and make new friends amongst your DSCR community members.
SPIN
- Description: SPIN is a high intensity, low impact workout that focuses on resistance- based intervals and heart rate training on a stationary bike. Resistance and movements can be adjusted to all fitness levels.

- Days / Times: Tuesdays at 11:30PM - 12:15PM and Wednesdays 3:45PM - 4:30PM. Schedule is subject to change based on staffing availability.
L1FT
- Description: L1FT workouts utilize weights to sculpt lean muscles and turn you into a fat burning machine long after the workout is over. Smart, safe, and progressive movements ensure no fitness level is left behind.

- Days / Times: Wednesdays at 11:30PM - 12:15PM. Schedule is subject to change based on staffing availability.
DSCR WALKING GROUP
- Description: Use your authorized time under the DLA Civilian Fitness and Wellness Program to join our DSCR Walking Group. The weekly walks will be led by MWR's Sports Specialist and Family Programs Manager, and will take place on various trails and paths on DSCR. The meeting point is at the Bldg. 32, Red Brick Fitness Center, F Bay, Front Desk.
- Days / Times: Thursdays, 2:30PM-3:30PM.
