DSCR Pavilion Reservations
Reservation of Defense Supply Center Richmond's (DSCR's) spaces are controlled by the Installation Management Customer Service Desk, not Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR).
Customers must submit space reservation requests to the Installation Management Customer Service Desk at 804-279-3560 or DM-FRCustomerService@dla.mil with the following information:
- Customer's name and phone number
- Pavilion that will be needed
- Date and timeframe of the event
- Anticipated number of attendees
- Food/beverage requirements (if needed)
- Use of open flames (requires hot work permit)
