DSCC-MWR Child Development Center Emergency Designee Request

Child Development Center (CDC) Emergency Designees that do not currently have independent access to the DSCC will need to apply for a 1-year pass in order to gain access to the installation for pick-up/drop-off. Please carefully follow the instructions below. Please be aware that you will be subject to a background check before you are issued an access pass.

Step One: Emergency Designee Registers in DBIDS

Visit the link below to pre-register for your 1-Year Access Pass.  You will receive a confirmation number, which will be needed in Step Three.

Step Two: Emergency Designee Registers with MWR

Immediately after Step One, fill out and submit the form in the link below in order to register with DSCC-MWR.

Step Three: Obtain Access Pass & Confirmation

Once you have received your 1-Year Access Pass at your Pass & ID appointment, you are good to go!
