• All Bid Forms MUST be submitted by Sep. 25 at 10 a.m.  Late bids will NOT be accepted.
• Bids Forms will be accepted electronically via scanned document emailed to robbi.1.pollak@dla.mil and/or dropped off in person at 5400 G Avenue, Bldg. 400,  New Cumberland, PA 17070 between the hours of 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Winning bidders will be notified by email beginning September 26, 2024.

• Items CANNOT be reserved nor held in advance.
• All sales are FINAL and are sold in "As Is" condition.  No refunds after purchase.
• ALL Payments MUST be in the form of a credit card, cash or personal check ONLY and paid to order of IMWRF. Payments must be made at the FMWR Administrative Offices, Bldg. 400, within 5 business days of bid acceptance, to include acceptance date. 
• Open to the entire community, regardless of installation base access.
• Non-military/government patrons:
  
  • Non-military/government patrons are required to submit your access code  after registering in https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil along with your legal first and last name to robbi.1.pollak@dla.mil in order to receive an MWR Visitor Badge to participate. 
  • All non-military/government patrons MUST schedule an appointment with a 24-hour notice in order to coordinate base access and go through the appropriate security vetting process, so plan accordingly.
