HQC Fitness Center

The HQC Fitness Center is open from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday - Thursday, and 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

The HQC Fitness Center is a 10,000 square-foot facility with locker rooms, saunas, and state of the art fitness equipment. The facility is operated by certified and dedicated fitness professionals. The center offers a large array of strength and cardio equipment with a separate area for functional fitness.

Recreation activities include racquetball, basketball, tennis, walleyball and horseshoes. The outdoor bike program is a free all-access use of mountain and road bikes with helmets. There is a spacious group exercise room where an array of free classes are held weekly. For more information and reservations:

BAKITA ROSENKRANTZ, Fitness Center Program Manager

As a fitness professional with over seven years of personal training and nutritional experience, Bakita’s love for health and wellness stems from striving to be the best version of herself, both physically and mentally. Her passion is helping people overcome their reservation and self-doubt to fitness. Bakita believe everyone deserves the right to be the best they can become and enjoy happiness every day!

Bakita has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/ Health Promotion and is certified in CPR, AED, First Aid, Nutrition, and personal training.
