VA Medical Center Outreach

The VAMC (Veterans Affairs Medical Center) will be at DLA the third Wednesday of each month to assist Veterans with applying for VA Healthcare (applicants will need DD214, Gross household income and any medical expenses for prior year).

Other services offered: update yearly income, release of information forms, COMPACT and PACT act information, how to file for Service-Connected (SC) Disability, Veteran Health ID Cards, Information on MyHealtheVet, information on CHAMPVA for spouses and dependents of 100% SC Veterans, demographic info updates, name change forms, copay rates and questions, scheduling of initial VA appointments with Primary Care Providers, ability to express concerns or issues with clear cut contacts and follow up.

VAMC Outreach will be in 2-1-33 from 0900-1500.
