7TH ANNUAL FMWR ADOPT A FAMILY EVENT

Embrace the holiday spirit and spread joy by lending a helping hand to others this festive season! There are many families here at DLA who will struggle this coming holiday season and could benefit from some assistance. FMWR provides a wonderful opportunity for you to help through the Adopt A Family Program.  If you are interested in helping or know a family in need please complete the appropriate attached form.  When nominating a family, please remember to include the age(s) of the family members as well as their toy preferences. 

TIMELINE

NOV 25 - DEC 10: Nominate your family, or another family in need to receive holiday gifts, or Adopt A Family to help during the holidays. (this could be a group effort as well)
MWR Adopt A Family Form

DEC 12: Receive adoption information from MWR Family Programs and begin shopping for gifts. (You can schedule drop off of gifts once you are through shopping however, deadline is 17 December)

DEC 19 - DEC 20:  All families scheduled to pick up gifts from MWR Bldg. 101, Room 104.

IMPORTANT INFO

Children must reside in the immediate household of the DLA employee (up to age 17) This program is strictly voluntary and confidential.  Please keep request to a respectful amount (do not include high value items like gaming systems, Jordans, etc.)
