Are You Having Trouble Viewing PDFs?

If you're having trouble viewing or downloading PDFs, it might be due to an outdated version of your PDF Viewer.  Try the following troubleshooting methods:
  1. Update your PDF Viewer (this may not be available on a government computer).
  2. If you are using Firefox, look for a box on the top right corner of your screen that says "Open With Different Viewer."  You can either choose to "Open With Adobe Acrobat DC" (or a comparable PDF Viewer) or Save File (which will place the file in your internet downloads, where you can open it).  Don't forget to check the box "Do this automatically for files like this from now on."
  3. If you are using Google Chrome, look for the download arrow icon on the top right corner of your screen to download the file to your computer, then look for the file in your "downloads" folder or default download location.
  4. If you are using Edge or Internet Explorer, if you are prompted to "Open, Save or Save as" , try choosing "Save" then "Open."  You can also try "Save as" to save the file.
