Continental Breakfast: $9 Per Person

Food and Beverage Service Options and Agreement
DSCR Space Reservations
Food and beverage services provided on Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) are operated and controlled exclusively by DLA Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). However, reservation of DSCR's spaces are controlled by the Installation Management Customer Service Desk.
DSCR meeting spaces can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis for both official events (conferences, retirements, training, etc.) and non-official events (weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, etc.). Reservations may be scheduled for business days and non-business days. Current spaces include the Community Center - “The Barn” (Building S-27), Lotts Conference Center (Building 31-G), Bellwood Manor (Building 42), Cafeteria Common Space (Building 46), Building 70, and outdoor pavilions.
Customers must submit space reservation requests to the Installation Management Customer Service Desk at 804-279-3560 or DM-FRCustomerService@dla.mil with the following information:
- Date and timeframe of the event
- Anticipated number of attendees (check maximum occupancy prior to request)
- Food/beverage requirements
- Audio/Visual requirements
- Table/seating requirements
- Use of open flames (requires hot work permit)
